Bob's Cars
My son, Bob's has a passion is for his cars. He just finished customizing a 1992 Honda Prelude. He also did a 1998 Chevy Cavalier. The cars take him about two weeks to customize. He does all the work on it himself. He also chooses what colors and body parts will be added. Bob has been doing this since he was 16. He's also the dad of my really cute grandson. He is a great guy and I love him dearly. We get along great...now that he is over 21.
Damon - The Cutest Grandson
Damon is two and a half years old. He likes pizza, chocolate milk, and playing at the park. His favorite grandma is "Grandma Deborah" (of course). His favorite word is "no" and his favorite phrase is "wha' happened?" Damon is my only grandson and a second generation Tucsonan. Damon loves to watch Monsters, Inc. and Bugs Life.
I took Damon to the mall play area last week and he had a blast. I am always amazed by kids and the things they do and what they must think. At first, he acted shy around the other kids. Then, when he saw that all the other kids were running around screaming, he decided that it was a good idea and joined in. Later, he jumped on top of a dog pile of about eight kids. The kids left tired but content.
From spending the afternoon at the play area with Damon, I realized that things might be better all around if adults acted a little more like kids sometimes. Running and having fun, even with others who you don't know instead of being wary and reserved. I definitely learned a lesson from Damon and the other kids.

The Wedding
As my friends and family know...the big day is coming up very soon, May 7th to be exact. I hope everyone will be able to attend. We do not want anyone to bring a gift. Jerry and I just want everyone to come and have a good time.
I thought that I could do all the planning myself but I quickly found out that it was not possible. So, I have hired a wedding planner. I never thought that I would be doing that! Artie Stone, the wedding planner, will take care of all the details. There will be food and music after the ceremony. And, everything will be great because he is the expert!
